Was it the map creator's intent for players to have any control over the units whatsoever, from the moment of their spawn and until the moment of their death?

@HazarDous
The map(CF) is kinda old and even the more updated ones that only have 4 players in use and not 10 or 12 dont use the other players/slots for the spawning units so that the players dont have control over them.
So seems they want people to be able to give minor cmds for some reason Or that they arent skilled nuf to change it.
Or that the CF core triggers is too deep to change it from the "active players" to dummy ones without player control.
In some later versions they made it "easier" to control the units tho you just right click on the building you want to sync with and the programing handles the rest. so no need for players to setup synced spawns themselves.

Re: cf 1vs1 rule Monster juggling
Huh, wasn't the answer I was expecting.
Let me ask this differently; was it the map creator's intent to allow players to prevent units from attacking other units. Unless the answer is "yes", then this qualifies as a glitch and is, hence, already ban-nable as per our general rules.

Re: cf 1vs1 rule Monster juggling
That's a poor definition of a glitch when used for maps which aren't updated very often.
Eg spamming small mass to split armies in ltd wasn't the intention of the map maker but by no means is it a glitch.
Either way it should be banned, obviously.

You could hardly pick an example that's further from this specific one. LTD towers, just like any other WC3 unit, have a pre-defined range of awareness. If you spam them, it is normal that they split, not really a glitch.
If you found a way to control your units in LTD after the start of the wave by some obscure abuse of mechanism, then the very same criteria would be used to determine whether or not it qualifies as a glitch.. "Was it meant to be that way?".
Processing, just report users for glitch abuse.
