Game Name: [ENT] DotA apem us/ca #56
Your Warcraft III Username: Me_Leva_Nager
Violator's Warcraft III Username: !-.
Violated Rule(s): Refusing to help team
Time of Violation (in-game or replay): Entire game most after 30min
Any further thoughts: Refused to help team used bird dagon to ks at 15min and 15min 35sec clearly ksing kills also refusal to mine and defend base when he had more than enough time when i am playing magnus and teammate is playing pudge we could of easily dragged or hook them into mines but he never planted any mines after 15min. He just tped to the side lanes and would plant an ult mine and just kill the creep lane and farm. Also he refuses to communicate with team giving no response after asking to mine in the lanes and help rax. This is the same guy who trolled me last week and clearly didn't learn his lesson deserves a harsher punishment @arcanium please review again

Please also note that after being informed of being submitted for dagon crow trolling, He sold the items on the crow (He knew he was breaking the rules) and put the items on himself. Every time I'm in a game with this player he ruins it for everyone. I request that his ban be extended as he has clearly not taken this seriously.
Thank you
Thank you

"Please also note that after being informed of being submitted for dagon crow trolling"
As it has been explained on many occasions going dagon crow itself is not reason enough for a ban. (It can be, depending on what the user is doing, whether they are contributing etc... but that ban falls under not cooperating and helping, and not specifically for going dagon crow.)
So technically the OP should be banned:
"Do not deceive players about rules in an attempt to get them banned/to force them to do something they are not obligated to. "

The difference between this game and last time is that he actually played more proper. One ks dagon bird isn't so harmful, and by pushing lanes all the time it didn't require mines at towers so much.
Nothing that ruined the game. Not mining at towers wasn't really a problem because they barely got to push.
Denied and processing.
