hey there. i got a simple question about rule: "Do not flame, rage, troll, or insult other players excessively."
there is some of ban requests which is absolutely different to explains
1. i request one guy here viewtopic.php?f=24&t=121885&p=473848#p473848
and @karlis did solution about there is only 4 lines of flame (tho i cant understand what is that means)
are you consider only amount of flame lines or power of flame ? where can i find rationale about flame or insult ?
what amount of flame can i request and what amount i cant request?
2. i find this request viewtopic.php?f=24&t=122180 where guy did just 1 line of flame and he is get banned atleast.
i cant understand where is the different between this two cases ?
3. i also did second request to be sure @karlis did not mistake and there is still no desigion.
i am really need to be sure if that part of insult not enough to ban, so i can insult in the same amount and way everyone i dont like include admins and moms of them without any reasons

where guy got banned for calling some1 "fag"


i can understand cases with ent18, but thats was 1200+ game, and i cant really understand what behavior you guys stick there

We make decisions based on both intensity and repetition of the flaming. There is no specific guideline, each flaming case is subject to moderators' judgement.

LIHL flame is not relevant as it is a league, subject to its own rules and interpretations.

Repost for a second opinion and as you should know... wait until its processed. Or maybe ask the admin who handleed it directly in a PM or on discord.

You cant see the history of players, so sometimes we react on minor flaming if we know he got a history of doing so.
