After a view into this case, I have concluded that He indeed did a bit flame being hursh, as well he was continously issued a illegal !votekick abuse.

Afterwards, there was no pressence of a kick but he was persistent with kicking that player out.

@ethernal_fame when you are feeder with 800 Eli and more lost games then won don’t throw the solo on the only guy on the team above 1000 and when you do . Don’t feed FB ... simply because at this point it looks like you are game ruining . That’s why it was the VK . You threw a solo despite beeing called and despite multiple requests to let me carry your feeding ass

Everyone knows ruff has a bit of an attitude (bit of unjustified attitude, to be precise, nothing wrong with having one if you can prove to be good for one). You learn to use the !ignore function before it happens to you, or dodge him when you can.
On a side note, if more than half the players ignore you every game, think about who's to blame?

Unjustified votekicks by stating things that aren't enough to be recognized as game throwing, or game ruining.
- Not calling misses isn't bannable. Any good player has a habit to look at the minimap once every few seconds.
- Not warding isn't bannable either. I do know that it's common practice that the mid wards first batch, since it can farm without having it's core late, but as the team's only support, you should step up to ward if your mid hasn't.
- Last hitting a hero kill isn't bannable either. It's rude, but that's about it. If you want your E-penis to grow up, first two things on the list will help you have less deaths compared to you having less kills from team mates last hitting you. And it rounds up to better KDA.
- "Stealing" runes isn't a bannable offence. Once again, it's rude and mildly dumb, especially if you've a bottle. But it's not an offence on it's own feat.

Review:
Two votekicks were initiated, both without solid ground, out of pure annoyance. Neither processed. Player "Stalagmit" voted on both.
