I was gonna let this go, and get on with it, but this guy was being a dick to us and laughing at us while getting free elo. He used a bunch of silly excuses for why he didn't want to draw, and then went a step further and started to mock us and make fun of us. I find that pretty pathetic. It was also right in the middle of wave 1, when our ally left, so he had no othe reason other than freelo to keep going. if it was wave 14 and we played for ages, i would understand and let him have the free win, but this was not the case!

Drawing isn't mandatory (ya bad sportsmanship for not drawing with a leaver on lvl1), but not against the rules

As already noted by Zeratul, unless you're playing in our in-house league, drawing is not manditory. If an individual does not wish to draw the game, that is their choice.

It is bad sportsmanship not to do so, however, not against the rules.
