Hello @closeurlegs ,

Auto ban handles all forms of leaving, which includes disconnections ( whether or not intentional ). The bot does not take your aliases into consideration, because it simply can't. So, seeing you as a new user who disconnected in his first game, it banned you accordingly. The newer the account, the longer the penalty.

Also, you most likely lost connection for 1-2 seconds, which is more than enough to disconnect you from a game. It wasn't a bot issue, as you were the only one who dropped.

Appeal approved.

Having an unstable internet connection or a high risk of lagging out? Are you tired of losing a won game because you disconnected?
Do not worry, there are solutions to solve your problem!
    • ENT Connect is a on LAN connection based reconnection tool (no cd-keys needed).
    • GProxy++(Varlock) is a reconnection tool for the battle.net with an external prompt.
    • GProxy++ DLL is a reconnection plugin for battle.net (Recommended).
