Ban pink earth panda, intentional game ruining

Rule player violated: Intentional game ruining, uses pandas pushing ability to push me off uncharted terrain or terrain where i cannot move such as the rock near scourage's second tower in the forest. Continuely follows me around the map waiting for the oppurtunity to screw me over. Flaming along with his friend who i decide not to ban. Panda also destroyed his items. He also targeted sniper and pushed him around too, this makes me believe he actually chooses his targets and it is not by random, since both sniper and I are from the same clan.
Time of incidents (Note in-game timer or replay timer): 16:00 sniper, 12:36 sniper, 20:41 naix (me) at this time he intentionally kicks me around and is trying to elict an emotional response from me, trying to stimulate my anger towards him and he is eager to hear my response from his illogical actions.

21:50 naix (me), pretty much after this time frame he just contineus to follow me around and pushes me and stuff flaming and doing retarded stuff. Please ban him and if possible please ip ban him.

Any further thoughts:Him and his friend, techies, are obviously game ruining and may have followed me to do so, since that was their first game (maybe smurf), i tried to aliascheck them but nothing turned out. If it is possible please ip ban maybewecanfixit so that he no further ruin any other games in the near future.

I would agree at panda attemptiong to game ruin. While he didn't do anyhting in my opinion to ruin the game in the early parts it was clear that he was game ruining when trapping both naix and sniper on unmoveable terrain.(EDIT: he did it around 20-22 mins and didnt stop for about 5 mins id say) Also later he destroyed items. This player was most definitely trying to game ruin and deserves the maximum ban. (i do beleive both techies and earth are ban dodgers b/c they obviously understand dota yet both have 1 acct with 1 game in alias check) Also I beleive techies hacks (he was also kicked for trading resources in game) another piece of evidence being a few questionable fog clicks around 8 mins as well as a fog click on an enemy ward around 11 mins.

These people deserve ban.
