Violated Rule(s): Well I'm not sure whether this is juggling or blocking but it seems to be hes doing both blatantly.
I think its best to understand his actions when you review the replay in game and it would make more sense.
In the first replay game, he makes two exits and blocks one when they are reaching the exit A which forces the creeps to go to exit B. He does this in literally most of the ground levels, and to me, this is him not playing by the rules. Icy_You a player in the first game becomes sus on his actions at around level 10 of the game and calls him out and decides to not block on level 13 and decides to leave the game. Initally at level 5 I was a bit suspicious but I wasn't sure so I was just observing him until orange commented.
It's important to note that the OP is pupper and the violator is noob4ever who changed to my name at pre-game.

Me and Ice manged to finish the game alive and I still needed some more evidence that he would do it again, because the chances are if you are going to do that you would do it again.
In the second game (coincidentally) I was purple and he did the same maze and action again. I saved the game before I left

Any further thoughts:
I asked an admin about this and he referred to me to the bugs section but there was no former posts of this "bug" but whether this is a bug or not from the viewpoint of the admins, this is something that he does frequently and I think that it is a form of cheating. I would make an email to the mapmaker about this and hope this "bug" if you were to call it is fixed. In addition, I would make this action bannable as well
