while I know it is not banable to afk or to go obs as builder, I might consider this special case as banable

Index decides actively to go afk/obs on many games, therefore ruining some games.
As said there is no problem if one wants to obs a game to view the play and learn but in this case it's kinda more to hinder the titan

As one can easily see index decides in game #30 to hide with fae. he even gets nuked there after like 8 minutes of waiting there

but then he just hides in a seed place, does nothing. he got from start no lb, nothing - only his lil seed place
after tit lets ppl free gold at mid index came out (around minute 9. he had 13g and around 190 lumber)

Index is not choosing a builder again

I could go on, but I guess everyone gets my point.
If he actually wants to play he should play.
If he wants to see games I can understand being obs in 2 or 3 games in a raw (even tho I favorite to watch replays!) - he is obs in like all recents games (and also he doesnt need to be obs, he knows how to play!)

Edit: I might add: all listed games are ranged from 15/02/2018, 17:28 to 13/02/2018, 07:34, this is his complete last playing history (only 2-3 games missing!)

Can an ENT Admin please comment, by private message or reply here, why this guy hasn't been banned yet, or at least confirmation he has been but is circumventing the ban with proxy methods? There are 3 ban request for him alone on the front page. I'm more than willing to comment further on why he is an issue, and how he negatively affects games.

If someone has access to lobby chatlogs or discord chatlogs he has admitted to dodging bans several times both on the ID discord and on ENT itself.
I can testify to his weird behavior going as observer. One game where he went observer with his friend as titan he said "rip" and "lol he's dead" 30 seconds before titan entered a LB without walls and insta killed one of the builders.

Very shady but nothing concrete.

New name of his is 44S, also admitted to mhing in either 36 or 37, combined with sharing a maphack in discord that's confirmed working.

Player is a known dodger/maphacker, and appears most of the bans placed 1+ years ago have since expired.

Looking over his game history though, it would appear he dodged his ban once more prior to his last ban expiring, and is now using some of the accounts he used in the past to dodge.

Player is re-issued a 1 year ban for dodging.
