You purposely went up and built your arc right in front of his walls after he told you no. With you doing this out of spite of him not giving you permission, and coupled with your (including the other two buds of yours) constant harassment towards him, I won't doubt it if this gets denied.

Technically it isn't a part of Timmy's base, but it shouldn't be bannable, since it was just an ARC to mess with him and try to get him banned, lol.
