Any further thoughts: This guy is an experienced player and he should know that pulling shouldnt be allowed.
He used this pulling to swing top lane for cheap as you can see in replay. I warned him that it is against rules but he said that it isnt against rules according to chat.

He also typed something in korean. Google translate teaches me it means:
