Isn't really votekick abuse because there were no damages, and he only initiated once. Not saying he was right to ghost/flame, but I kinda understand why he's so angry.

The ghosting is a minor issue since enemies should already figure out you don't have heal, but still a bannable offense. I'd say a 2-3 day ban for saying it in all chat.
