Hey guys, i am a long time pub dota player who would like to join more competitive games. I have had a shot last night on the invitation of smoker and demon, and it was pretty fun. I would like to keep it going!

you need to be atleast 1300 elo to be eligible for DIHL.
if you dont meet requirements, then you wont be eligible to join unless you are vouched.
Or you can join clan bba and ask to be on trial, and the DIHL members will decide.

1300 is not the requirement, it is 1200 elo - see above.
