I think it is unfair ban

First of all i have to tell you that NullPointer was an arrogant player!
Game:
07:46 I helped in kill to Riki (NullPointer, he reported me)
11:26 failed gang by me on mid (he ran away with 6 hp)
13:29 I died by Barathurm (This was the point when i realized that i am too weak at fights, and i had only 15 creepkills, so i decided that i need to farm for items, the heroes in the game made me farm in woods, i had not the chance escaping as being invisible)
21:00 NullPointer asked me what am i doing
21:20 NullPointer: can you please do a shit
(my max hp was not match to the enemy team!)
23:00 I pushed tower hp, i could not do anymore at that time (still no hp and items for teamfights)
25:40 NullPointer: Magnus useless as usual" (actually i was with low hp at fountain, when they went to push)
26:50 Nullpointer: Magnus still just not playing i think"

*27:30 I bought items and i went to fight with the team
We lost teamfight (enemy used: Silencer Ult + Medusa Ult + Void Ult + Bara)

IL==> 28:40 NullPointer: "We need to kick Magnus" "for refusal to play last 20 mins"
*so he was really angry because the enemy team was better?! that was not my fault! If i didnt farm, that would have ment a chatastrophic feed.

30:00 I ignored all players because of their words that hurt me
31:00 Team fight: My team let me die then they attacked
32:10 Team pushed mid raxes (i realized that my actual items are good enough for nothing, and we have a lane, so i went to farm for full build and for win the game)
34:00 1st Cleaving done (in this minute 3 of my team died while Slark was bot)
40:40 i died while i was farming
43:35 2nd Cleaving (team died in a fight)
44:00 NullPointer try to kick me
46:30 slark try to kick me
47:10 I died in forest (my stat at this point is 0/6/5 ...i was no match, and i felt being useless myself in teamfight)
47:35 Enemy huskar try to kick me
48:30 NullPointer try to kick me
50:00 3rd Cleaving was ready
-Enemy was close to our base
-I was ready to fight but waited the good position and moment for using my ult
53:00 Allies died arround near Roshan
54:30 Another votekick against me

*55:25 Enemy pushing mid: I used Ult - I alone close killed 3 of them but no last hit by me - I found Medusa (he ran away invisible) and i killed him - Whole enemy team was dead - Medusa was lagging - Players wanted to kick him, i didn't

57:10 4th Cleaving done, close to full build!
58:00 Allies died - Enemy Huskar try to votekick me (i was not wondering, that was clear that my ult can make them down with my massive splash atk)
59:00 I close died by Bara, but used Ult for Escape! (clearly visible that i want to stay alive and win!)
59:45 5th Cleaving done, Build ready (my stats 1/6/8) - my Ult was on cooldown, so i farmed for a buyback before we go teamfight

*61:30 Allies were pushing bottom lane - I teleported there
62:10 We pushed rax, all enemy were killed but they bought back themselves - I died for the push!
64:00 I used BuyBack and saved our main building! (until creeps pushed enemy main)
===> WE HAVE WON THAT MATCH !!!


So i am really wondering on this ban. I made the best i could. I think it was the only way to win with these heroes against those! I didnt want to feed enemy. And i was right, we won the match! And as i saw on the replay, my items and my timeing was very good and very important part of the victory. (I bet i would have been reported anyway, -refuseplaying or feed-)

Any1 watch the fights at " * "-signaled times, can clearly see that only my high damage with full splash build was able to stop a Void-Bara-Silencer combo. And i had to wait the right timing with my ult. Those good timings were the only reason we won the game.
I cant stand arrogance of players. That is why muted all. I dont report others for their arrogance.
...And yes, i know that was so much time to collect items. But after 27:30 and 31:00 actions i saw that i have no help from team, and i am not really useful for the team with those items.
I really hope that u realize that my ult with high cleaving attack was the only key for the victory. I was not useful in the game for growing riki's kill rate. But i am sure that would have been worse if i fed them with wrong items.
ps.: i had time to farm for items, we had a line already!
