Laptop locked, got kicked from lobby for ping, I got banned

Why are you banned: Not sure
Why you should be unbanned: My laptop went to lock screen, when I unlocked it I was kicked from lobby. When I tried to join a new game it says I'm banned. Can you please unban me.
