Random Range band? Plz help!

Why are you banned: Range band showing for proxy IP?
Why you should be unbanned: So last night i was able to play a couple of games. Got a new internet service today (in hoping to speed things up) lodge on and shows i am range band for proxy ip? I havent done any of the vpn? or thing to change ip address. Just hoping to get some help on this problem! Thanks in advance!

Just saw some others with the same problem so here some info!

Provide a list of all your previous accounts you've used on ENT; orp5, orp7, soho. Really just a bunch of smurfs due to being in school full time and working. However, just graduated and looking to start up some more serious accnts.
What games do you play on ENT? DOTA
When was the last time you played on ENT? 4/9/2018 on orp5

Have you moved recentely / gotten a new ISP since graduating? I see your IP has changed which was why you were able to play on April 9th but not now.

No i havent moved but did get a new internet service provider. I didnt realize that would change my I.P address? i thought that had to deal with the router?
