apparently you did. Second time you have done this. Just because your team wants to kick him, doesn't mean it is the correct action to take. @AmnoN found that you violated the rules for doing an illegal votekick.

1) The team sent with him on 1 - yes, it was a forced send, but you waited 6 rounds to votekick? Nice try - not buying it.
2) The king control certainly was not good, but people like you seriously have to learn what team killing is (you cannot run around calling every noob move "team killing").
3) You have been banned more than twice for vk abuse, why is this any different? Shouldn't you have learned your lesson by now? Explain to me how you will manage vk in future and explain why this one and the last one you were banned for were wrong.

guys I know kundle and he wouldn't just random use VK command, he know its bankable to abuse that command, He is in my clan, he play a lot with me and he know I report all people who breaks the rules. so why should he abuse it ?
I checked the replay.
And yellow obv breaks rules, First Solosend, He didn't talked with team about this send, so he clearly refuse to play on team what make a second Rule Break.
Kundel told him to go away from king control, but he didn't. Yellow tried to make team angry as u can see here

What would u do in his position standing there and do nothing ?

with that stupid bans u tottaly fuck your community of normal players... watch when i start vk him.. i want to try be normal but after his words as fuck you or something like this i started vk... after i told him that he tk with king and ask him for leave,,, his answer was that,,,, then i started vk,,, bcs when player with IQ75 tell u that,,, in future he will kill u and its game over... i wanna see you in this game with this noob,,,but sure u dont understand u just ban

@kundel We all deal with weaker players all of the time. Believe me, it is not just you that comes across them. The difference is in how we handle it. Your attitude does not demonstrate learnings of any kind so I will deny this appeal.
I would suggest not dodging your ban in the meanwhile.
