One of our team was afk from the start and ended up getting kicked.
Now, we wanted to draw as other have but this player did not. He also told me to report him as he thinks this isn't a rule.
I've explain the below rule yet he didn't vote.

When you initiate a !votekick, you should clearly explain "Who" and "How" the violator is game ruining via all chat.

reading the chat you can see there is not a single attempt by anyone to votekick the afker. drawing a game is a choice and there is no rule that says you have to draw

Do not deceive players about rules in an attempt to get them banned/to force them to do something they are not obligated to. For example, telling users to draw or they would get banned is deceiving as drawing is a mere vote and not mandatory.

Koreanbest shoud get warned for this. and Shoud read the rules, before he want report other People.

So if someone leaves or ruins the game and we had to kick, regardless the disadvantage, it is okay not to vote?

I've had people flaming if people do not vote.

If this is the rule then, I'll make sure I'll never vote in any condition. In fact, there's no point in this system so they should get rid of Draw or vote system if they are not regulating this.

It's not a rule. From the wiki:

Do not deceive players about rules in an attempt to get them banned/to force them to do something they are not obligated to. For example, telling users to draw or they would get banned is deceiving as drawing is a mere vote and not mandatory.

As such this is denied, please don't spread misinformation as you can be banned for lying about rules.
