Any further thoughts: He might not have abused AS at lvl 3 with the intend to harm us, but it is hiding or antistucking the units to prevent them from going mid and against the rules none the less.
From minute 16 on he continued to abuse Antistuck to prevent the holding units to go mid and protect the king. He continued to solo send in an attempt to waste the teams lumber. He was sitting on 500 lumber at lvl 10 and refused to upgrade the king although we leaked 7 bosses. He then spent all his lumber on a lvl 12 solo send and when we needed some king upgrades at lvl 13 he refused to upgrade, AS abused again to kill the king and was also insulting me for upgrading the king.
Toxic behaviour was more or less over the whole game.

I don't think he should get a flatrate for all of these offenses, so: toxic behaviour (at least second offense) 4 days, AS abuse (several times) 5 days, sitting on lumber and not upgrading the king 2 days, solo sending on several occasions 3 days.

Also blue was solo sending on several occasions but his behaviour is fading in comparison to BaronHelmuths wide display of toxic behaviour. The enemy team however refused to votekick on several occasions although it was clear to them what was going on. I would like a 1 day ban here too.

I would like to adress the fact that you are clearly not aware of the ENT rules. First of all you lashed out at blue for nothing, only because he was new and you VK abused against him several times (chat log below). I would say that you and BaronHelmuth were equally toxic in this matter. The miscommunication starts when you !ignore him and at this point you didnt get any information from him, obviously. Baron were trying to justify his actions to you several times during the game.

The durations of the bans (if some are handed out) are ENT moderaters jobs to hand out, not you.

-Do not deceive players about rules in an attempt to get them banned/to force them to do something they are not obligated to. For example, telling users to draw or they would get banned is deceiving as drawing is a mere vote and not mandatory.

-It is possible to game ruin by being new. In this case, votekick will only be valid if the new player refuses to learn and cooperate. Just because someone is a newbie or bad does not mean he is intentionally game ruinning.

Blue got limited direction and you tried to votekick him for no reason early on so I wouldn't expect him to cooperate later on. You broke the rules multiple times in this replay @Augustinus

Don't start abusive votekicks, and don't hand out ban durations ingame (nor in your requests.) If they are legitimately game ruining simply inform the other team. Don't start telling people they will be banned for x amount of time, leave ban durations to us.

Being noob is not game ruining.

Also don't expect enemy to vote on your legit votekicks when you started multiple false ones + even tried to kick chip once for not voting on an abusive votekick.

Also rich that you submit for toxic behaviour when you were toxic from the very start.

Baron did AS abuse/teamkill on purpose with some sends so I will ban 3 days. But in future your requests may be denied even for legitimate violators if you continue to break rules.
