Any further thoughts: At roughly above time, the rest of the game, the titan was literally doing nothing but walking around and nuking and getting nothing done. There were only about 2 attempts to actually siege before we got bored and I went to go build another base. Both attempts were after ages of nothing happening. Titan refused to even try to kill a base in the end, just went afk and left. IIRC, stalling is a punishable offense, unless that changed recently. The Titan really didn't do anything after 20 minutes of the game, except just killing one person every like 8 minutes for 2 more minions that didn't do anything. One of said kills was on a new player that was just sitting around.

Firstly, no votekick was even made during that game to kick the titan for stalling, which doesn't help your case.

Intentionally stalling a lost game as titan and wasting everyone's time for more than 10 mins.

The titan can be kicked if he does not kill a builder in 20 minutes time upon the condition that 60% of the builders alive agree to having the titan kicked.
Stalling is defined as titan and minions not being able to win or having no chance of killing any builders.

Secondly, ccording to the rules, titan can stall as long as he is still gathering minions, which makes him exponentially stronger. Now, I don't know why he left, but he isn't breaking any rules. You are welcome to create a thread in island defense forums to change the rule.
