While he did leave literally seconds before 15 (which I would be lenient on, 14 seconds does nothing), his behavior in the past indicates he just wants to waste people's time. Flames and harasses people in-game all the time. Deserves the ban (and longer than the last one).

That's not actually 14 seconds before in-game timer if that's what u mean.
It takes about a min or 2 (on replay) until spawn timer begins.
This would be leaving over a minute before 15 (in-game timer), probably around 13 mins (in-game)
So I'd say this shouldn't be handled with leniency.
Agreeing with you though, he does flame a lot, he has flamed me on ENT forum (on an open BRQ atm), while acknowledging he's broken rules and doesn't care about ban.

Also, this was leaving before 15 as a TITAN.
Much worse leave than builder leave.
