I played with him yesterday, though we were winning, he was intentionally bad mannering the new player. Not only that, he keeps flaming the opponent for some reason. He knows how not to use caplocks but constantly use it and it gets annoying after awhile.

I've played games with him where he sets the modes to -life 9999 and/or ap without telling anyone in the lobby. Or where he tries to kill Chaos with Dark Seer, or with 6 lvl 3 fists before it was patched. He's broken literally every rule in Angel Arena and deliberately does so.

also keep in mind that he uses i->I and L->l when logging in. that makes it nearly impossibly to votekick or report or whatever and goes against ent rules on account names
