Any further thoughts: Penta base upper left. Faerie, who had towers in base that they were ok with, said I could build. I built. Exo and Fidey TK and say get out, they also TK Faerie's towers claiming Faerie wasn't part of the base. But they allowed him to waste gold on towers?

Hi Drumb, I think you've got some facts wrong. Exo and I duo based and let Photon_man wall us because we were in the call together. If you check the replay (I'd post a screen-cap but I'm on a Mac so I can't view replays [timestamp ~7:35]) I first show the walling via unbuilt walls and then cancel them, photon walls as morph, then gob starts towering the left side as I tower the right. Faerie jumps in randomly and builds six towers because of his own personal motivations. At no moment did we approve of faerie doing any of that, and he didn't have any authority to let you build in the base. Wouldn't you think you ought to get the permission of the guys who originally pinged the base, conceived of it, moved toward it and built in it before you start building?

I think you did think so, because when you asked for permission to build, Exo said no. You decided that faerie's permission superseded his ("lol 50 50 vote"). Ignoring the poor math (are you forgetting the morph and murloc?), you obviously have no case that you had permission to build EVEN IF faerie could grant you permission.

Here's a relevant bit of the chat that shows what I'm talking about. It doesn't capture the pings and the discord chat obviously, but I think it's clear we were basing. The only thing I think we didn't do properly is directly tell faerie he isn't allowed to build anything, but we were trying to be nice and not give the impression that we were kicking everyone out for the titan to kill while simultaneously trying to not "penta base."

OK, Ill give you killing mine. However, Then that would mean the TK is on the Faerie buildings. You guys engaged with faerie about bottom left, tell him to move yet - not to leave till AFTER I showed up and built and pointed out Faerie had towers. When you guys than killed his towers, after then had already been upped and built around with other towers.

The first person to build in the base was fidey, but he canceled all the walls he made. The next person to build in the base was exo who completed a wall. From this point forward, the base is under the sole ownership of exo. Photon_man24 completed the set of walls after this. Then murloc places down towers. Since exo communicated to fidey and photon_man24 that he wanted them to build in the base, they were allowed to and exo can not teamkill their structures. Continuing, nowhere does it say in chat from anyone in the base that the faerie was allowed to build in the base. Therefore, it is exo's base and therefore, his rules. If he wishes to teamkill faerie's structures he is allowed to, as well as demo's structures. The rule is whoever builds in the base first gains ownership of that base. From that point the base owner is allowed to kill anything in their base or make people leave or share while in their base.
