My team tricked the enemy team into drawing on lv 5 by claiming I was teamkilling intentionally. I missed my BO on 3 and sent it lv 4, figured since we didn't scout on 3 it was an OK plan. My team did not agree and I hsould have asked first. Then on level 5 they claimed I was continuing to teamkill (not true) and asked the enemy team for a draw, which they agreed to. Here is some of the chat where they claim I continue to tk intentionally. I was obviously not actually teamkilling, and tricking the opponent into a draw seems more bannable than missing bo on 3 which I got banned 2 days for

1) u went afk in lvl 3
2) u missed send in lvl 3
3) u solo send bo in lvl 4
4) instend of going suicide and pushing u build 130 gold (polar bear) in lvl 5, when u have 5 meatwagons..... ( he leaked this wave full could easy pushed)

And this all happend just till lvl 5, i mean how the fuck this isnt TK, @chadbigc0ck TK means TEAMKILLING, its prolly unpossible to TK more then u did till lvl 5. So can u explain me how we trick where we lied ???? U are just mad because u get banned and now u try to make us ban with an trash report....

You all 3 went off flaming that I was intentional TK and begged enemy team into drawing, crying all chat into lv 5. I build the polar not for 5 but because I already had wisps queued and it would pay for itself by the end of 6. Just because you don't understand doesn't mean it's 'intentional tk'. Obviously a missed send lv 3 is not 'intentional tk' anyways, especially since I replied saying I was not teamkilling. playing poorly does not == intentional tk, therefore you lied the enemy team into drawing. The fact you do not understand this is why you deserve a ban. Lying about intentional TK/noncooperation to the enemy team for a 1200+ honor draw reduces the legitimacy. If I was teamkilling intentionally you should have votekicked

With a meatwagon build it is legitimate to build a polar for level 5 for level 6 instead of pushing then. He is able to fully push at 6 because of this and likely either suicide then recover.

This is not a teamkill move. A single missed send is also not tk.

He should have told you or something that he wanted to catch the 7-10 income for 4, but that doesn't warrant you forcing a team to draw.

Unfortunately, since draw is a vote im not sure this would be banned for.

when all 3 on the enemy team are going off flaming in all chat and begging for draw for teamkill I would be convinced there is actual tk happening (one player being extremely uncooperative, rage trollbuillding etc.). Not just a slightly suboptimal build

I see games getting drawn less and less in 1200, this kind of behavior may be why
