pfulete: afk during the whole game making us unable to draw or kick and force us to waste 20 minutes playing a stupid game
Time of Violation (in-game or replay): pfulete is afk from the start of the game till the end behemoth333 starts unannounced gamemode at the start of the game and then refuses to draw or kick pfulete several times (0:12, 2:07, 3:30 this continues a while but its all the same offense)
Any further thoughts: this was the worst game i have ever had to play

Yeah this guy is always doing the same thing, announcing mode -pr when the game is about to start (at countdown 7/8/9)... definitely should get ban.

You have no jurisdiction over ban lengths so stating he will be banned for a year for not kicking is ridiculous.

In any case, green went afk and should be banned.

Red should be banned for failure to announce mode and not votekicking.
