I recommend you to download GProxy. ENT does not accept unban requests when events could have been avoidable. Although it will be up to the discretion of the staff, I still suggest you to download and install GProxy, which will save you from lagging out of a game.

This is a step by step guide (link: http://wiki.entgaming.net/index.php?tit ... oxyVarlock). If GProxy had failed you, your unban would have been processed immediately.
