DIHL Map Version Update

DIHL Community would be most grateful if @EntStaff could update DOTA to version 6.85n2!

I've looked over the map, and most bugs from 6.85k(The was previously suggested) have been fixed, and many from 6.83d as well.
This map was also suggested by Dracol1ch to be most stable after 6.83d.
