Hes a new player. No advice was offered, just flame.
Your initial votekick was abusive, as he was only afk next to the tower for about a minute.
The second votekick was also abusive since sk said he was afk at fountain as the reason. He was not afk, he went to heal, and then to buy an item.
As an opposing player, I would be suspicious of your votekicks when the initial ones were abusive. This is the price you pay for being disingenuous.
