Any further thoughts: He went afk for some reason at level 7, I didn't see him say afk but i checked after the game and he said i'm afk 3 min (i was at king for both levels 7 and 8 so missed it). It turned out that he was afk untill end of level 9 and we leak all levels from 7-9, he came back after the game had been pause for about 2-5 min, hard to say how long it was. But combined over 10 min I would say.
