Blue told Teal/Red to shut up because they were spamming, I don't believe he had any intention to actually sell his towers.
He didn't sell towers therefore no rule was broken.

He had all the intentions of selling his towers judging by the fact that he failed the cross early on and had a superior attitude about it instead of actually taking some advice from people that know how to play.Also lying about his main elo being 2k.

Players are allowed to build whatever they want, at all times. It's not up to you or anyone else. There is also no rule broken here as saying something and doing something is completely different things. And lying about having a 2k elo account is not against any rules either.

Stop making stupid threads just because these players has put BRQs on you.
