Can't join wintermaul one lobbies

Hey,

I can't join wintermaul one lobbies.

This website says I don't have a ban so perhaps its a technical problem.

Can anyone help?

I think this is from when all our bots were down.. Is the problem resolved now? Bots are running again so your issues should be resolved.

Were you getting a game cannot be found message or taken to another page with a rangeban on it?

Still not working. I've always seen the bot working because I've tried joining multiple games i.e #73, #74, #75 etc without it working.

It tries to join for about 3 seconds then sends me back to battle.net home.

Sometimes it comes up with (!) The game you attempted to join could not be found...

Never had a page with rangeban on it.

Edit: When I try to join, my macs cursor turns into a loading symbol, which is kind of weird maybe? I can also join other ENT bots.

Interesting. I am also on Mac but haven't heard of Mac related issues with WinterMaul One so far.

From what I can see, the WinterMaul One bot is hosting on USEast, USWest, Asia, Europe and ENTConnect just fine. I just joined a lobby on Mac using USWest with no problems at all.

I would guess it might be a firewall issue, but if you can join other ENT bots then it shouldn't be that - scratch that off the list.

Make sure you are using the correct WinterMaul One gamename from this page: games.php

Some other things:
Are you using the most updated version of Warcraft 3 - 1.30.0.9922?
How are you trying to connect? From ENTConnect or regular WC3 realm?

Try switching WC3 realms and account - sometimes this will fix issues.

Maybe you are being kicked from lobbies for high ping or failing spoofchecks? Do these sound possible?

EDIT: This seems to be a spoofcheck issue which is now resolved. Had to do with server restarts.

I'm confident I'm using the right game name.

I have the most updated version of Warcraft 3.

I'm connecting through wc3 realms. I've tried connecting through all realms and it doesn't work.

I've made a new account name on each realm and still doesn't work.

I have good internet also, but am connecting from new zealand.

I think someone has personally banned me, and they're the only one who can unban me.

This has happened to me before.

I mean if it's only Wintermaul lobbies, that means you're not banned by ENT. But if you're trying to join someone who frequently host this map, it's possible you've been banned by that user. You can check the lobby owner's name in ENT's games list.

Resolved. Issue had to do with multiple map files in user's downloads folder.
