Any further thoughts: Rules state for Titan is stalling but if a builder buys ring and runs around map for 10-15 minutes should still be considered
stalling. I usually don't submit Ban requests but this was just excessive and frustrating the least.

Next time try and buy msog. I haven't seen the replay but I'm assuming you have multiple minis and msog is bascially a pearl that you can pass around to quickly pearl most of the map at once and find the builder quite easily.

Thats what i ended up doing. Still its a game he cannot win and is intentionally "stalling".

Stalling as a builder is a rule that was recently added. If the player did stall, they will be banned. However, I haven’t watched the replay yet. @Mario321
