Do you know by chance if it was a little bit of lag but continuous spikes or you just started lagging once and then they votekicked you immediately?

I didnt have continuous lag.... how could I pick a hero if I was lagging that bad?

It's possible to pick a hero during one of the down parts of a lag spike.

It is also possible that letting the window come up to drop laggers after the allotted time would not be votekick abuse, but what do I know.
