Any further thoughts: Blue unpaused the game two times altough we had the impression that yellow was afk and i wrote it in chat, still he unpaused the game at least one time knowing that one player was afk, or at least it looked like he was.
Yellow did not build nor send rigth before 10 so it looked like he was afk, but as at seemed he wasnt he jusnt did not build or send. On the leak to king 10 which happend because he did not build at all he did not heal. The game was our win nonetheless but he did break at last two rules imo.
