We had an afker on our team from level 1, but these two guys clearly have a grudge on me so they decided not to draw. I got them banned in the past for ff abuse which is here: viewtopic.php?f=24&t=136056&p=525951#p525951. (mr.stave and labrother)

When one person decides not to draw it's okay, but if two people team up then they can ultimately deny all draw requests. They should be banned for this. They obviously haven't learned their lesson for getting banned 2 days, so hoping you could ban them for a bit longer if you do decide to ban them.

I asked them if it was in the rules that we had to draw, they said no.

I assumed it was a rule to draw if theres a leaver/afker at the beginning of the game since 99% of players do it?
If it's not a rule then I guess ill just stop drawing at level 1 too and ruin other people's games.

i usually draw too, but given this was a stacked game, i figured it would be "fair", 3v4 from start. one ally was 783 elo, the other was ~900 elo( 1/12)
