Why you should be unbanned: The admin jabba41 didn't mention anything in lobby about changing game modes from when I joined. Then we draw in game as none wants to play his mode. He proceeds to ban everyone in game. I think this is purely 1 guy raging because he can't play his favorite game mode.

I thought everyone, including admins, are suposed to clearly state in lobby, to everyone, about changing the game mode. Although green admitted jabba41 did this when he joined, he didn't when me and Noobhammer joined.

To add to this from ents official rules;
"Do not abuse votekick, !draw, or !ff.
Drawing is a mere vote and not mandatory. You must have a legitimate reason to draw: for example, a player has left the game, or the mode was unnounced."

"Do not lie about modes. If you intend to choose a non-default mode or if there is no known default mode, announce the mode in lobby or vote ingame/in lobby."

You were already ingame when he joined, he announced it at least 2 times (ensuring all 7 players, besides him, were aware of the gamemode and could leave in case they dind't want to play it); he even took the time to inform you, ingame, that if you draw the game, due to not liking the mode, you would be banned, so what else did you want? Cookies and milk with it? oO

That is plain wrong. I am telling you that for sure not everyone knew about the mode. If so how would you explain people to just agree on starting the game and then asking for a draw. It makes no sense at all. We are at least two right now saying otherwise. How do you think the others who are not bothering coming to the forum feel. That is not objective..

There's a difference between not knowing and not being announced:

The situation here is no other case than not knowing about a mode we didn't want to play at that time. Simple - Pay attention to the lobby and then:

A) Like the mode? play it
B) Don't like the mode? Leave the lobby

@sadface the point of ENT banning users is mainly to clear up not knwoning rules/make them follow them in the future. All of you who drawed obviously didnt knew that what you did is wrong, even if i told you ingame already.
So that justifies the ban.

As long as you inform every single player (aka all 7 besides you), in lobby, with enough time to leave (Note: announcing it during late countdown will result in a possible report/ban for you, for late announced mode), you're fine - You can always announce it more than once (just like Red/Jabba did), so your tantrum here is uncalled for: He announced it more than once, gave you enough time to leave, yet you want to pass the bomb to his side for no reason

Anyways just like i said in the other appeal:

If you read the rules, copy/paste them here, and acknowledge the fact that:

A) It was on your end that you dind't notice the mode announcement
B) Draw isn't mandatory, and on cases like this, it is considered abusive

Mods should have no problem reducing or even unbanning you

Where did you see 3 seconds before countdown? The mode was announced long before that ^^ (However yes, that's the logic: If someone announces the mode that late, you can report them via ban request, since it would be classified as late announcement)
