Time of Violation (in-game or replay): virtually entire game, he cast 2 spells with kotl entire game, his channeling spell and his ult, nothing else, none of his extra spells when he ult, nothing. His chat is messed up too, calls me a liar, says I'm going to get banned for illegal VK. This dude was doing this intentionally to ruin. He had 0 assists entire game with kotl.
Any further thoughts:
min 6-9: sits bot tower, doesn't help team
min 18: runs back base full hp full mana
min 24: ults at tower, no one around then runs back base full hp full mana
min 27/28: runs back base full hp full mana
min 29: ults and doesn't cast
min 30-35: big team fight, and kotl just wandering around not even trying to help
min 39: worst case so far in game, they trying to rax mid and pink is sitting there not doing anything when he is right next to fight, proceeds to sit there for over 3 min while we have team fight in mid where he could have helped
min 43: runs base full hp full mana sits afk fountain then after 2+mins runs top and runs right into leo not casting anything
min 46: they raxing top and pink is again camping base.
min 47: runs right into leo again without even trying

BTW I'd like to point out that more than once he says SB should be ganking because he warded, but he picked bara and then repicked to have kotl.
