LTD Stats are gone after swap ?!

Hazardous tried to swap my lihl stats from bigM@useast to wc3connect, which didn't work - common issue right now i suppose.
Before that i already had swapped my LTD mega or 1200 stats to bigM@wc3connect and that seemed to work just fine.
Now, all of a sudden, my stats seem to be all gone? I can't join LTD 1200+ games anymore, no matter if i try to connect with wc3connect or through bnet.

Can someone please look into this?

Hello tech support, unfortunately noone has answered yet, neither did anyone help...

my mega stats have been on mdNATOR@europe before, then i swapped them to wc3connect, it worked fine at that point - for LIHL i logged in on bigM@useast through bnet.
Then Hazardous changed my forum / account name from mdNATOR to bigM and "tried" to transfer the stats i guess (see topic:https://entgaming.net/forum/viewtopic.php?p=527960#p527960)

Now i dont have any mega stats anymore, not on mdNATOR@europe, not on bigM@useast, not on bigM@entconnect...

Means I can't play 1200+ or lihl on the wc3connect now.

Do I actually have to start all over?
