@gurjop because its the buddy buddy system.

i have a good 10+ people that i play 1200 with that found me on my stream. and slowly i can call most of them "friends" i know where they live and i know there jobs ect. i think the more streamers on ltd the better since wc3 is a ding game

there is many times where we are vsing since there is more then then 4 of us at one time. but yet we are all on discord having a good time. and these people TURN OFF MY STREAM if we are vsing, because we dont need to cheat like some other people my do.

we play 1v1 some times and we ghost all the time! because its a game. a game that is more fun when you are joking.

i am sorry i am not a big streamer like others! and i only been doing it the past few months since i had my car crash and i could not work and getting 150 followers and a few subs i think is a very good job!

i state again if you have to stream snipe you are a noob!

Ok guys, this is ridiculous, i request all of u stop talking about pros and cons of streaming. If you wanna discuss about it go for your own topic. The main topic is ban request.
@kasper699 If u get ban feel free to post ban appeal ,until that moment stop talking and excusing yourself for ghosting Idc if u found bff via stream. You broke the rule cope with it. And do not respond to me and wait until some of mods will review.

the rule is "The use of any utility (FCD, maphack, stream sniping, etc.)"

so what is stream sniping?
one who is watching/following a streamer into a server or a game queue just to kill and taunt them.

to follow a person who is streaming gameplay footage (usually on twitch or ustream) into the same games, using their stream to find and harass them (often for hilarious results.)

https://www.urbandictionary.com/define. ... %20sniping

by the looks of it its the viewer not the streamer.

and in the past i was told by a mod i was told dont advertise stream if i do i need delay. thats why i stopped playing on twitch_bumpimp

I dont think the goal of this is 2 punish the streamer, but if he doesnt delay his stream to a reasonable amount of minutes he is definitely responsible aswell for possible abuse, cause he made it possible?

I read this and am baffled by some people's logic. I was in that game on the same team with Milkyway. There was no ghosting. It was pure dumb luck. Next game he applied the same tactic and we lost badly.

From my point of view bump can do whatever the hell he wants on his stream and is not at all responsible if people look at his stream to cheat. The logic of the above argument is flawed to death. It's the same logic as saying if your house gets robbed you are to blame because you didn't lock it and thiefs got in. Or if your wife/girlfriend cheats it's the other guy's fault because he's hot. Surely everyone realises this.

I agree that we need rules to keep things decent, but this is a bit too much. Similar view to ff abuse by the way :)

So in your country when you do not lock the door your insurance pays for it when you get robbed? cause in my country it doesnt, for the exact reason, you took an unnecessary risk and are responsible for it

Yes they actually do, but that's not the point. The point is it's not your fault. Jeez

I guess thats highly debatabel. You at least have a shared responsibility imo for making it possible in first place.
As said, dont wanna punish the streamer, but its rly no issue to delay it by a few minutes, thats reasonable imo

Just watch replays its 3 another games one by one obviously stalking and sniping stream, and calling and making decisions according to needs.

@Molocel I am 100% sure that milkyway is watching bumps stream. He made a really stupid comment on the car crash he mentioned on his stream the other day. So there is every reason to be suspicious with extremely lucky calls. Thanks @Krocis for pointing this out. I do not understand actually why we have this discussion since there already has been a settlement within the ent rules that is tailored exactly for this possible abuse and protecting the work of streamers.
Second thing is, if you are argumenting with stream delay, LForward never does it and we all trust the players in the games where he is involved that people in the enemy team don't watch his stream. He has a lot more viewers and it is even highly more likely that someone might snipe his stream than bumpimps who is really a nishe streamer. So why the big fuss here suddenly?

Firstly, bumpimp part of this ban request is invalid. We won't take enforcement on a streamer just trying to stream his favorite game. There's multiple instances across all games where stream snipers will happen, regardless of delay. However, if I may make a suggestion, should bumpimp be reading this or can have this message passed to him - Just put delay on your stream. It will lessen/prevent situations like this.

Moving forward, towards the actual ban request against "Milkyway" - In combination with LTD #40/#43, the call sends are blatantly obvious.
http://storage.entgaming.net/replay/vie ... 539055.w3g
(02:04 / Allied) Milkyway: lets go 5 vs Aqua/other weak5 units. (No visual evidence of opposition)

http://storage.entgaming.net/replay/vie ... 539133.w3g
(02:01 / Allied) Milkyway: wanna 4? ^^ vs Practically all melee units. (No visual evidence of opposition)

Then for the original replay (#38) =>
(02:30 / Allied) MoLoCEL: go 2?
(02:32 / Allied) Legionaire[1o1]: 3
(02:33 / Allied) Milkyway: i want 5
Most suspicious here, vs engi/aqua and other weak5 units.

Following a call on knights with no visual evidence.
(04:21 / Allied) Legionaire[1o1]: so slow
(04:23 / Allied) Legionaire[1o1]: maybe ygg
(04:35 / Allied) Milkyway: think knights

After confirming such games were streamed, I'm inclined to believe stream sniping over maphack. And given this happens over a chain of games, some of which probably aren't even noted here, proper enforcement will be taken.

Milkyway#useast.battle.net banned 21 days.
