So I thought tree with scept was bannable long time ago, today had game with guys clearly playing together, 1 had tree and went scept right away and was giving vision for entire map...this bannable or no? Thought it was considered bs for long time now.

It used to bug items like abyssal. Probably why it was bannable in the past.

@FatherTomahawk like peachtree wrote, the only thing bannable with scepter on tree was if u get abyssal and use the "stun" as that stun never end, and could keep a player bashed till end of game.

Scepter itself isn't banned and never was, but any glitch that works in favor of its user is.
