Time of Violation (in-game or replay): Level 14 (missed heal), Level 17 (Refused Teamsend, Teamkill with Rage)
Any further thoughts: Missed Heal on Level 14, caused us to loose 3 instead of 2 Heals. Did not teamsend any unit on Level 17 but then raged 17 after level started. Red hold 17 with muts but could not defend 2 leaks with 4 times rage. Opposite team did not up king and we could (maybe) have won then game if he teamsend (had 3000k lumb) they leaked more and we less.
