Why you should be unbanned: lobbies at night fill sometimes 40 min, i was waiting in this lobby only 20, game started unepexpected quick while i was in wc, and they didnt wait for me (i was only gone few short minutes as everyone knows) and didnt waste anyones time (+ i was already banned 4 days till i filed unban req)

This is your 5th offense, and you appear to be in total denial. Like you didn't do anything wrong or that it didn't have any impact. You do not learn from your own mistakes and you say you didn't waste anyone's time. Care to explain?

You ask for a "2nd opinion" if you have been banned by so many mods for the same offense again and again. Each time it happened you came up with accusations instead of an explanation why it would not happen again. You never even apologized and started posting revenge reports instead as you can whitness right now on the report section AGAIN. I don't even understand how you managed to get unbanned so many times before this one was finally denied.

i already explained -> they didnt pause for me, and just kicked me out of game; then they restarted game right after. if anyone got unfairly treated its me, as i filled this lobby 20 min but then had to wait an extra 40 min for the newer game instead of waiting for me 2 min as its normal. i am not in denial i was afk, but it wasnt anything near excessive. and if you also take into account the long lobby waits during night, i really dont think i did bad

Now tell me: Since august, you've been banned every single month for afk (i mean, literally the same reason over and over again), you keep bullshitting your way through the appeals stating you'll pay more attention, yet it keeps happening, but then you complain and want a 2nd opinion?

Guess i just gave you - your ban is more than justified, legit and you shoulnd't be unbanned - or else you will keep doing it until your afk ban duration starts at 1+ month

PS: Just because the game gets drawn and you are votekicked - it doens't mean you're not wasting people's time and ruining games due to it

How is that lucky !??! i announced i`ll be afk for 2-3 min to go to toilet as basic human need (happens to all of us to need to go wc, wasnt even ingame), and they just abused that and tried to cover it.

also to your second point, i`ve seen many afkers get banned for hours, not days. i dont think this discrimination thing is working with me, do you? i havent even ever had warning on this etc.

The fact you had 4 previous offenses for afk means you should know that if you have to afk before a game starts, and you know you're gonna take some time - you leave the lobby and rejoin it, yet the moderator decided to cover the fact you had 4 recent bans for afk, and skipped your ban there - that's your double standard

You have 5 bans for afk in less than 3 months - You don't expect to be banned for 3 days on a 5th offense in less than 3 months right...? Moderators can either warn or ban depending on the offense/game impact - I'll never understand that logic of "The moderator dind't warn me" as if you're not supposed to be aware of the rules - yeah, real life emergencies happen, but 5 times in a row, always ingame, in less than 3 months? doubtful

It is still afk isn't it? and you know you should avoid it, yet you seem to have fun doing it, since you keep repeating it. The fact you're the most active player doens't really matter when it comes to processing rules.

What comes in fact is the fact you keep violating the rules, over and over again, and you're not learning at all - meaning that the bans are gonna keep extending with the more offenses you get, and your chances of appealing it will be shorter each time, that's all.

You can't compare offenses blindly like that - without taking in account the game impact/intentions, amongst other things

and most of these banns were actually not warranted, like here viewtopic.php?f=24&t=135328 i was not afk, i was had very big dillemma to go with aqua or engi, and whether to keep copter from my first roll and i guess then i was not that experienced and missed my build. and then i got banned for being relatively new the way i see it. rest of bans i dont think i ever did afk more than 3 min. and lastly, i do think thats probably the most mild offence in rules since it was start of game and not midgame and i didnt actually ruin a game, just slightly delayed it and it happens to many people - really 2 min is not that bad, just i got reported a lot for it because of other`s personall issues but i dont think its fair admins to become instrument for personall vendatta of some hateful and toxic individuals

and YES, i`ve taken into account all other factors - i.e. timing of game, lenght of afk, did i apologize after/ not, flaming etc etc all taken into account (at least by me that is)

Even now, and looking at all your appeals, your defense is:

- I dind't afk for too long
- I'm being targetted / being used to set an example
- Other ppl get warned, and i got banned
- I dind't ruin game, cuz i afked at start

Until you realize the problem starts with you, and ends with you, and nothing else - the ban is fair, legit and moderators won't look any other way (you can guess why previous appeals were denied after what i just said, or just keep blaming everyone else, except you)
