yes, it never been on purpose ever and i havent game ruined, kicked players abusively, flame first etc -> non-excessive afk happened few times so say it 5-6 times among 1000 games or so, when i was in toilet during game start. never ingame, so i dont see why i need to be the one suffering the worst punishments

Your response sums exactly why you should stay banned for the rest of your ban: You haven't learned anything at all

On the opposite - you can see that the amount of time i happen to afk had been reduced to under 2 min. It also happens much more rarely, even with the longer lobbies we now have. I am happy to further improve this, but cannot accept i am being punished for minor offences while everyone else just get look at the other way approach even with much harsher violations

If you stopped going afk, and not ending banned - i'd say it would be the opposite, otherwise it's like saying "I used to maphack and fogclick the whole game, now i just do it half game" - you get the point right?

You do realize that given you got 5 bans in less than 3 months for afk, its just a matter of time till your afk base duration ban is 1 year right? For each offense you piled up, the longer your duration will be (Dont want you think that we're hating on you or something oO)

And no, i'm not comparing afk to mh (thought you'd realize what i meant, but you dind't) - What i mean is that you're still afk'ing, so the fact you mention you've reduced it isn't a solution, given its still occuring

Anyways, i've given my opinion - and looking at your answers so far, i wasn't convinced at all that you deserve to have your ban reduced, but i'm not a moderator - mb u'll have better luck with them :p

anyway if you insist on that analogy would be something like "i used to maphack [[which i want to emphasize i never have]] , now i only stream my game with only 5 min delay, but someone can still use information from this" and the are the ones thats causing problem not me ^^

If you have so many games I can only extrapolate that you have also done countless rule violations that weren't reported at all.
You are also prone to ruin game in many other ways such as:

1. ignoring other players when they don't take your tips
2. fighting over king control
3. flaming
4. trolling with modes in the lobby

That you even fight for your honor here by stating "I didn't flame first" speaks volumes.

How can you tell they didn't wait for you and didn't pause when you actually were AFK? You can't possibly know that.

No they can't. And truth be told, because you feel harassed by me and other players, I even told the admin that treated ur ban request that I wasn't sure if we waited long enough. Which probably lead to it being denied. No one was unfair to you.

Here is my second review of the offense with regards of excessive AFK. As we cannot tell specifically what time you started going AFK (no in-game messages), I will extrapolate the times based on variables i'm familiar with.

There is 15 Seconds between each message

In Lobby

~11 minutes based on waiting on # players, and the remaining time involving the other players to join.
You did not mention anything about going AFK, and could have gone AFK at any point during this time.

When players joined, there was approximately 45 seconds for you to return with regards to the lobby.

In game

Longest load time was 31.21 seconds

0:00 <DarkKnight> [All] Longest load by player [nuihgiA] was 31.21 seconds.

From there on you were AFK until 3:03 minutes until you were kicked

(03:03 / All) DarkKnight: DarkKnight was kicked by vote.

In total, from the time a player joined you were AFK at least 4 min 31 seconds.
This is excessive.

As already noted, you should have left the lobby, and learned from past mistakes already.

Ban was warranted as you were AFK for an excessive amount of time.
