Any further thoughts: He just unpause game 3 times, when blue was clearly afk, because of that blue didn't build anything and no push either. I don't know if this considered tk, but because of that the game was ruined (red trys crossing , but leaks most of waves). He actually tries to denied that he unpaused later in game:

@-asbestos- It is not against the rules to unpause the game when someone is afk. The one to blame is blue for being afk since going afk is against the rules.

We could've just wait 5 min in pause and go !Draw, but because he unpaused he got not delay on his lane and tried go crossing alone in conclusion we were much weaker because of that.Is this not a tk?
It's okay if it go to procceced right away(without banning). i guess mod will decide
