Any further thoughts: This kid obviously cannot play this game (even though it is so old) so to compensate he can only ruin others. I suggest with the recent spate of ruins in such a short time they are banned for a lengthy time. this is worse than a map hacker in my opinion. Can you look at months or even year for this kid.

I think this dude is a dodger, he breaking every rule he possible can. The first votekick was a bit early, couldn´t really see any game ruin there, dk came late to help.
