Please ban him properly this time, as far as I can see he doesn't vpn or similar so a proper IP ban should get rid of him. Not cool if a ruiner like this can just change name and ruin plenty of games again. Nameban doesnt suffice for people like him.

well, he joins the games picking hero and running to die instantly and abusing the !si command to make the bot spam the entire screen with msgs.
