Basically as soon as you realize it's him - just votekick him out asap (You will notice its him cuz he always starts asking "Do you know zeratul" "Do you know unitil" "Are you gays? i only play with gays" - thats the type of shit chat that comes along with him), and report him after

He's just a mad kid that got banned for ruining games, and was caught dodging his ban (pretending it wasn't him), that's why he's behaving like (I reported him for a while, and Unitil keeps banning his new vpns/usernames - thats why he always thanks us)
