Any further thoughts:

I built one prisoner since we had LoD to catch warriors and get fat, and what I get in return is getting flamed and ghosted.
Completely threw me off of my game, I shouldn't be forced to write 50 lines to prevent my own teammates from ghosting me.

First game, he was only afk briefly resulting in missed send. He apologised and I don't think it's worth a ban, he has no ban history and it was minor.

Second game, yes that was misleading and an attempt to force them to draw, which almost happened.
