Never. Blizzard switched to a strict no bots and all crash at game start policy.

i downloaded 1.30.1 but what do i do now
should I uninstall warcraft 3 first?

Just copy the wc3 1.30.1 copy into your warcraft folder and move whatever u have left inside there somewhere else
