Using !slap (or any other command) to bypass the !ignore command(usually used to harass individuals) is considered as exploiting bot's vulnerability and will result in a ban.

!si isn't used to communicate with other people when they ignored you, it's to show stats.
Times used usually has a say to the ban duration. This was just a warn.
